Terms and Conditions for SK Residence

1. Booking and Payment

• All reservations must be made through our website or authorized booking partners.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
• All prices are quoted in US dollars and are inclusive of all applicable taxes and service charges unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
• No-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged the full booking amount.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required upon check-in.

4. Occupancy and Room Allocation

• The maximum occupancy for each room type is specified on our website. Additional guests beyond the stated occupancy may result in additional charges or refusal of entry.
• Room allocation is subject to availability and may be changed without prior notice.

5. Children and Extra Beds

• Children under the age of 12 stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
• Extra beds are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

6. Pets

• Pets are not allowed at SK Residence.

7. Smoking Policy

• All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are provided within the hotel premises.

8. Liability

• SK Residence is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during your stay.
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property or its facilities during their stay and may be charged for repairs or replacement costs.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cambodia and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cambodian courts.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• SK Residence reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By booking a stay at SK Residence, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
